Stanley A. Jacobs is the Director of Investment Promotion at the St. Kitts Investment Promotion Agency (SKIPA). Mr. Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from the University of Plattsburg, New York. He had over fifteen years’ experience working in the private sector in top managerial positions before moving to the public sector in 2009.

In addition, Mr. Jacobs has also lectured at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College in Basseterre St. Kitts.  In his capacity as Director of Investment Promotion, he is responsible for the development and execution of Agency’s promotional concept, which include overseeing the coordination and production of print and multimedia promotional materials designed to attract investor’s interest in the key priority sectors. Mr. Jacobs’ responsibilities also include coordinating SKIPA’s involvement in outward investment missions, tradeshows and conferences.

In 2025, Mr. Jacobs served as the Commissioner General for the St. Kitts and Nevis Pavilion at EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan. Mr. Jacobs was recently elected to the position of Vice President of the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA) for the period 2026-2027 where he brings more than one decade of experience as an investment promotion professional to the regional body.
